banyak benda nak citer...too many things happen tp x menyempat nak menaip.
yg sempoat post tu semua via iphone, tu gambar besar gedabak hahaha.
currently, i'm in 16weeks of my 3rd pregnancy.

last checkup on 25th nov:
HB: 10.4 (low)
weight: naik lg 3kg (OMG!!!)
yang lain normal. Buat mgtt test on 24th oct, gula clear.
honestly, i havent prepared any... mcm what should i do eh??
still baru lg kot eh? but dah 4 bulan ni... nnt nak buat semua benda mase 8 bulan larat ke?
oh my.... i should start clearing almari anak2 utk bg space utk baju new baby plak.
kene sorting baju fariqs yg mane bleh pakai lg.
plan nak gi scan next week... kot2 la bleh tau gender, baru beriye mak buyong bershopping, harapnye bleh beli baju pink!
now still mix feeling lg... mcm xde perasaan pon ade ='(

yes, a bit busy...jarang2 dpt sembang dgn baby. mase drive je pon ade mase nak sembang2. kat umah si zafry dah melekap mcm kanggaru dah aku ni, gendong anak ke sane ke sini. die xnak duduk walaupon sekejap...huwwwa... cant imagine bile dah ade adik nnt. crying........! Ya Allah, bg la Muhammad Fariq Zafry berjalan cepat, amin. serius aku dah x larat ='( harapan aku bila dah start jalan die dah x melekap mcm sekarang.
my weight naik mcm dipam2... every month naik 3kg. x pengsan ko tgk penimbang tu?! weight sblm pregant 67kg now dah 76kg. mane aku tak hari2 nangis.. cube bayang bile 9 bulan nnt berapa angka kat penimbang tu??????!!!!! Ya Allah!

pening tgh sorting baju yg bleh pakai ni...
masuk kedai2 nak shopping mesti nak nangis tgk baju cun2.. hubby ckp beli jela dulu, nnt lepas bersalin pakaila... hish, time tu dah outdated la...hahaha. mcm slame ni on track latest fashion =p how i miss my M and L size nye baju ='(
cabaran aku merangkap azam 2015: capai berat at least 65kg dalam tempoh 3bulan. mampu ke eh? sblm ni aku amik mase 10 bulan utk hilangkan berat dt 76kg ke 67kg. ni nak buat dlm 3 bulan. lg best kalo lepas pantang terus kembali ke 67kg...berangan! so i should plan from now ape yg aku patut buat...tanpa menjejaskan milk production for my baby. Obviously, jogging hanya bleh start lepas 60 hari kot eh? bleh start awal lg tak? 50 hari ke? sape tau?????
next aku kene pikir langkah mencegah kehamilan yg lain. nampak gayanye, natural way yg aku praktiskan sblm ni gagal. dah 2 kali gagal. subur sgt plak dah. tp nak cari cara yg x berikan effect naik berat badan dan naik jerawat.
any idea??? oh my...tambah serabut kepala.
