Amalan Semasa Mengandung

Antara doa-doa yang digalakkan untuk diamalkan semasa mengandung ialah:


  • Saidul (penghulu) Istighfar

  • Surah Ali 'Imran, 3:8-9 (Doa memohon rahmat)

  • Surah Ali 'Imran, 3:38 (Doa memohon zuriat yang baik)

  • Surah Ibrahim, 14: 40-41 (Doa agar anak mengerjakan solat)

  • Surah Al-Fatihah (Untuk terang hati dan kuat ingatan)

  • Surah Maryam (Untuk memudahkan ibu bersalin)

  • Surah Yusuf (Untuk memperoleh anak yang cantik rupa dan cantik akhlak

  • Surah Luqman (Untuk memperoleh anak yang cerdik akal dan cerdik jiwa)

  • Surah Yaasin (Untuk ketenangan hati dan anak tidak terpengaruh dengan godaan syaitan yang mengajak kepada maksiat)

  • Surat Toha (Semoga bayi lembut hati)

  • Surah Al-Nahl (Untuk melahir anak yang berdisplin)

  • Surah Hujurat (Untuk memperbanyakkan susu ibu dan anak bersifat berhati-hati)

  • Surah Al-Taubah (Untuk membersih jiwa dan terpelihara daripada maksiat)


Selain daripada surah dan doa, terdapat beberapa perkara yang elok diamalkan agar anak yang dilahirkan sejahtera dan berakhlak mulia. Antaranya:


1. Banyak mengingati Allah SWT dengan memohon ampun dan taubat supaya Allah SWT akan mengampunkan segala dosa yang telah dilakukan selama ini dan seterusnya akan membersihkan hati dari perasaan yang tidak baik. Dengan ini juga diharap anak yang bakal lahir nanti bersih hatinya dan ibu dapat bersalin dengan tenang dan selamat.


2. Banyak melakukan ibadat, membuat kebajikan dan meninggalkan segala larangan agama. Perempuan hamil dituntut memperbanyakkan amal ibadat seperti sembahyang sunat, puasa sunat terutama Isnin dan Khamis serta sentiasa menjaga syariat. Bukan sahaja isteri, suami juga dituntut sama.


3. Sentiasa berakhlak baik. Ibu-ibu yang sedang mengandung harus lebih banyak bersabar, bersikap baik dengan jiran, menghormati ahli keluarga dan teman-teman. Tingkah laku yang baik akan mempengaruhi sikap anak yang bakal lahir.


4. Sentiasa tenang dan gembira. Keadaan emosi yang tenang dan bahagia merupakan rangsangan kepada pembinaan otak seterusnya kelahiran bayi yang sihat, terangsang, pintar dan cerdas.

Supplement untuk si ibu mengandung

Vitamins and nutrients you need during pregnancy:
Folic acid
Folic acid helps reduce the risk of birth defects such as spina bifida. The most important time to take it is a few months before you conceive and during the first trimester (12 weeks). During this period, it’s important that you are eating a healthy balanced diet as well as taking a folic acid supplement. You can also include folic acid-rich foods in your diet such as green vegetables like broccoli, cabbage, beans, and peas; and fruits such as oranges.
Iron and Vitamin C
Iron is one of the key nutrients you need throughout pregnancy – it’s important for carrying extra oxygen around in your red blood cells and your baby needs it for their developing brain.
If you run short now, your baby may be fine but you’ll run the risk of becoming anaemic, which will leave you feeling tired, washed-out and generally unwell. Your doctor may recommend an iron supplement. If not, make sure you have plenty of iron-rich foods in your diet such as red meat, fish, eggs, dried fruit, wholegrain breakfast cereals and breads, and green leafy vegetables.
Iron is best absorbed by your body if you also eat some fruit or vegetables rich in Vitamin C at the same time, so have a glass of fruit juice with your cereal or have some fresh fruit as a starter to your main course.
Omega 3 fatty acid
Getting enough omega 3 fatty acids during pregnancy is important, as they will help your baby’s nervous system to develop healthily, as well as help prevent you from getting heart disease. Plus, studies have shown omega fats taken during pregnancy can lead to a brainier baby!

Oily fish like sardines, mackerel and salmon are all rich sources of omega 3 fatty acids but you shouldn’t have more than two portions a week, as the fish can also contain mercury, high levels of which can be harmful for your baby. Alternative sources of omega 3 fatty acids are seeds such as pumpkin and flax – you’ll need about two tablespoons a day – or you can always have a supplement instead.

Prenatal vitamin supplement
You could opt for just one multivitamin supplement specially made for women trying to conceive or who are pregnant. It’ll help you get the right balance of nutrients recommended for a healthy pregnancy, including folic acid and iron.

But make sure you choose a supplement made for use during conception and pregnancy and not a regular multivitamin, as these can contain potentially high levels of the vitamins you should be avoiding.
Vitamins to avoid during pregnancy:
Vitamin A
Foods such as liver sausage, are good sources of iron but it can also contain very high concentrations of Vitamin A which can harm your baby if consumed in high amounts.

It is recommended that pregnant women should avoid liver and liver products. You should also be aware that some vitamin supplements are high in this vitamin, so always choose a safe pregnancy supplement. Your doctor will be able to help you with this.

However, there is a form of Vitamin A, known as carotene, which is fine for pregnant women to have. Carotene can be found in red, yellow and orange peppers, mangoes, carrots, sweet potatoes, apricots, tomatoes and watercress.

Pregnancy & 1st trimester

"pregnant ke?"
"Anne, ko pregnant eh? Dah brape bulan?"
"dah ade isi ke?"
"Weh, hang dah pregnant ke?"

Ha...nilah bertubi2 soalan yg terpakse aku dgr sebelum nih...melihatkan keadaan aku yg makin berisi, semakin hari semakin sihat, muke semakin bulat, segala-galanya la membesar bagaikan juara, x heran la semua org pon nak tanye soalan yg same kat aku kan....

Jawapannye....aku diam je. Macam x tau ape jawapan sepatutnya aku bg....paling2 pon senyum jela. Dalam hati Tuhan je tau. Maaf la kawan2 yg soalan korang aku biarkan tanpa jawapan sebelum ni...bukan ape, mama aku kate diam jela dulu...

Hari ni aku dah bleh jawab soalan2 tuh...
Yes, sy pregnant! Today, 19 Feb 2011, I'm 13 weeks 3 days pregnant.

1st trimester will be over soon...alhamdulillah semua dalam keadaan baik. Baby baik, mama pon baik. Welcome 2nd trimester...

Alhamdulillah jugak aku xde alahan yg teruk, kadang2 ade gak la loya tuh, muntah sekali dua, kalo lapar, aku kene cpt mkn, kalo tak mula la rase loya tu dtg, yg bestnye aku x bleh bau minyak masak/ tumis2 masakan ni mmg xleh la. So dah agak lame jugak la aku x masuk dapur tuh. Cian en.hubby asyik kene mkn luar/ tapau je. Sbb kesiankan die ade gak la sesekali aku tabahkan hati masak. Entering week 12th, loya tu makin menjadi2 lak, br la start nak muntah2 terutama kalo aku lambat mkn ke, panas & rimas...

Kalo tgk aku skrang nih, mak ai...sihatnye. sedih je tgk diri dlm cermin tu...tp bile tgk baby mase scan hilang semua rase tuh. Nampak mcm 5 bulan dah ke? Hahahaha....sebab sihat sgt kan...nak buat mcm mane, lalu mkn. Mungkin ramai gak dah tau news ni, sbb en. Hubby i yg terover excited, habis dicanangkan ke serata pelusuk. Kalo tanye aku, aku mmg senyum jela... Kat opis ni mesti la tau dulu, sbb aku dah xleh buat kerja-kerja berat. Kalo tak, aku ligat je susun dokumen2 dlm kotak, angkat ke sana ke mari....mestila diorang wonder kan. Nak gi site pon pikir berpuluh2 kali, mcm mane nak ckp xleh gi nih...huhu...nak tak nak semua pertanyaan aku anggukkan je. Tp aku gi je site tuh, travel sampai ke Cameron, Melaka...alhamdulillah xde ape2. Cume doc pesan kene kerap berhenti utk stretching...

Its 22 Dec 2010, where i found out, i already missed my period for 7 days....ish, biase x penah lambat, on time je...lewat pon sehari dua je. I've checked with few fren yg dah ade pengalaman, they said...kalo lewat 7 hari tuh, dah bleh check dah. Kebetulan 22 Dec tu aku cuti, meng 'attend' kan diri ke professorial talk @ UiTM. So, bangun seawal subuh, dengan hati berdebar2 gi buat pregnancy test...tunggu punya tunggu...hah, +ve lah! sukenye...sukenye...mcm x percaye. Terus kejutkan en. Hubby....die pon terkejut gak but at the same time smiling, tp sempat plak buat lawak, tanye "syg, laki ke pompuan?" ish...mamai btol lah hubby i nih.

Org yg pertama eh kedua kot aku bgtau of course la mama aku...mama ckp " baru lg tuh, jage elok2, nnt dah 3, 4 bulan br gi klinik" Hah, biar btol mak aku nih...."mama dulu 4 bulan baru gi klinik" dulu tu bile ma? 26 tahun yg dulu...ish...org nak gi skrang la ma. Confius2...then bgtau my MIL lak...umi ckp bleh dah gi klinik check, x pon tunggu la lg seminggu. Haih...mane satu nak ikut nih... Habis je talk, aku gi beli satu lg pregnancy test kit, kali ni beli yg mahal punye, yg ade indicator brape minggu tuh...die appear "pregnant 2-3" check kat kotak tu kalo tulis 2-3 maksudnya 4-5 weeks pregnant.

Mcm x official je rase bile x gi klinik, aku gi gak confirmkan kat klinik jumaat tuh, kebetulan aku start rase nak demam & batuk2...doktor suh dtg blk lg 2 minggu utk scan. dan aku terus batuk adalah dlm sebulan lebih gak baru baik...tu pon selepas pekena aiskrim strawberri kat Cameron Highland time cuti raye cina aritu.

10 jan, aku gi klinik panel en.hubby utk 1st time scan. Doc bg due date 22 Ogos 2011, base on my 1st day of my last period. Tp scan baby br 6w, dah nampak and dengar heart beat baby...suke =) and doc ckp the due date will be 31 Ogos...pening aku. Die suh aku dtg utk scan lg sebulan. As suggested by my fren, aku gi klinik lain which is klinik seri indah utk scan 2 weeks after that on 29 Jan. Doc ckp it was 9w4d...aku kene dtg blk utk scan seterusnya sebulan lg. still no confirmation on the due date.

17 feb, aku gi bukak buke merah kat klinik kesihatan kerajaan @ putrajaya. dkt ngan opis, aku x tau nak gi klinik mane yg dkt ngan umah. nurse bg due date on 22 Ogos 2011. xde scan pon. cume check darah, urin, BP, breast, berat, tinggi...everything ok except i notice my weight sudah naik 5 kg...OMG! die bg asid folic, vit B kompleks, vit c & iron.


19 feb, gi scan @ ksi, baby dah 13w3d...and the doc agree that i will deliver on 22 Ogos 2011. kalo xde aral lah. Baby grow healthily, lompat2 sambil angkat tangan...nampak kepala, perut, peha, tulang belakang, kaki, tgn...

Alhamdulillah! Semoga si comel terbentuk dgn sempurna, sihat , baik lahir dgn mudah dan jd anak yg soleh kelak...amin. Mama & ayah love u very much...
